The visitors included Ksenija Samadan, from the University of Novi Sad – Faculty of Economics in Subotica (Serbia), and Katarzyna Galas and Marta Madej, from the Cracow University of Technology (Poland).
During their training mobility, the participants had the opportunity to gain insight into the organisation and daily operation of ESTG’s administrative services, with a particular focus on student support, institutional communication, and international cooperation. Their programme included job shadowing activities, meetings with different departments, and the exchange of experiences and good practices in areas such as student services, human resources management, internal communication, digital tools, websites and social media, as well as collaboration between university services.
The mobility also provided an opportunity to discuss approaches to staff development, teamwork, service quality, and the internationalisation of higher education institutions. Through these exchanges, participants explored innovative practices that can contribute to improving administrative processes and enhancing support for students and academic staff at their home institutions.
This Erasmus+ training mobility reinforces the strong commitment of ESTG and its partner institutions to fostering international collaboration, promoting professional development, and encouraging the exchange of knowledge and best practices across European higher education.
