Participants will work in interdisciplinary and international teams to design solutions for the development or enhancement of an intergenerational community hub in Celje, in cooperation with local organisations such as MCC Celje, the Municipality of Celje, and other community partners. Students will work on:
– socially responsible business models (Business Model Canvas)
– user-centred research based on interviews with youth, seniors, and community stakeholders
– prototypes of services/activities
– financial and sustainability plans
– strategies for marketing and stakeholder engagement
The programme builds on ISSBS’s experience with previous successful international summer schools and challenge-based learning formats.
Online sessions: In June and August 2026 (to be scheduled)
On-site week: 31 August – 4 September 2026
Location of physical activity: International School for Social and Business Studies (ISSBS), in Celje, Slovenia
Academic requirement:
> Availability for both the virtual component and the physical mobility
