International Teaching Mobility at ESTG strengthens academic collaboration with Ankara Yildirim Beyazit University

ESTG recently welcomed Mine Yiğiter from Ankara Yıldırım Beyazıt University (Turkey) as part of a teaching exchange programme that took place between 13th and 17th April.

The main objective of this exchange was to promote the sharing of academic knowledge and strengthen institutional cooperation between the two institutions. During the visit, a practical workshop was held, addressing contemporary methodologies such as data-driven assessment and psychometric modelling.

In addition to the workshop, the visit facilitated interaction with the International Office and the director of the research center – CIICESI Center for Innovation and Research in Business Sciences and Information Systems – creating opportunities for the development of future scientific collaborations in the areas of educational assessment, data analysis and learning technologies.

This initiative contributes to the internationalisation strategy of both institutions, promoting collaborative teaching, the exchange of knowledge and the development of innovative pedagogical practices. At the same time, it reinforces the modernisation of teaching and assessment methods through the integration of data-driven approaches and advanced psychometric techniques.
