Invited Speaker: Emanuel Vieira, University of Mindelo, Cape Verde
Emanuel Vieira holds a Master’s degree in Computer Engineering and is currently pursuing a PhD in Social Sciences, with a focus on the intersection between Information and Communication Technologies and Education, particularly the integration of Artificial Intelligence into teaching and learning processes. He is a lecturer at the University of Mindelo, where he teaches modules in the field of Information and Communication Technologies, including programming, data structures, and computer systems, contributing to the development of students’ technical skills, critical thinking, and research capabilities.
Alongside his teaching activities, he is also engaged in work related to software development, information systems, and technological infrastructures, with a particular emphasis on the design and implementation of digital solutions aimed at improving institutional processes, especially within academic contexts.
