After the meeting in Torun (Poland) and Riga (Latvia) the research team of the Project: “Enjoy Generation Z! – stimulating achievements and using modern IT Technologies to increase effectiveness at work with Generation Z” met in Felgueiras (Portugal).
From May 27th to May 31st, researchers (Teachers and Staff) from RISEBA University and Torun School of Banking were gathered at ESTG in order to do a mid-term evaluation of this project.
During this period the researchers had the opportunity to know and discuss about some motivational techniques adopted at ESTG, as well as at Porto Global Hub. Along with the technical meetings the team had also the chance to visit a bit of the heritage of Tâmega e Sousa as well as a shoes factory (Felmini).
