Date: 22nd October 2024, from 06.30 pm to 07.30 pm, AUD.2

Significant changes took place in the food market in the previous decade. The European Union has adopted the Farm to Fork strategy to transform food production, focusing on environmental sustainability. Will these changes lead to market instability? Should such EU aspirations be seen as an opportunity for new business development? Certainly, technological solutions that will contribute to the sustainability of food production are being sought rapidly.
