The exchange of knowledge and good practices in the field of widely understood innovations were themes discussed during their mobility. Support for students and graduates, the development of interpersonal skills for the future, methods, techniques and tools, with the aim of promoting the idea of internationalisation, and strengthening international partnerships.
We were also able to discover the projects and activities aimed at supporting entrepreneurs throughout the process of developing business ideas, promoting interaction between the business world and teaching and R&D organisations through the Startup Incubator, and discussing ways of stimulating entrepreneurship and innovation among students and graduates – Exchange of method and tools for developing skills needed in the future world of work — (creativity, people skills, cognitive biases, effective communication, empathy, emotional intelligence, problem-solving, critical thinking). Methods of conducting group workshops and realizing individual coaching session (Design Thinking, brainstorming session, GROW, GOLD etc).
Julia also had the opportunity to share her experience as a student – when she undertook study mobility during her academic journey – with some of our undergraduate students. She revealed that this experience was enriching for her professional career and allowed her to acquire various skills that have been useful in her work environment.
