Invited Speaker: Małgorzata Siemionek-Ruskań, University of Gdańsk, Poland
Małgorzata Siemionek-Ruskań holds a PhD in Management from the University of Gdańsk in Poland. Since 2017, she has been working as an associate Professor at the Faculty of Management in the Department of Banking and Finance at the University of Gdańsk. She teaches in English subjects such as: finance, public finance, risk management, modern Behavioral Finance. She is the author of more than 27 research papers published in Polish and foreign academic journals, journals indexed in international databases and volumes of international and national scientific events. Her scientific research focuses on strategic management, financial management in city, green finance, public finance, and crowdfunding. She has taken part in international conferences and teaching programmes such as Erasmus Teaching Staff Mobility in Germany and Spain. In May 2010, she took part in Rotary’s Foundations Group Study Exchange Programme in Florida in the USA as a part of four young professionals representing Poland
