We are excited to announce that applications are now open for the upcoming ATHENA Blended Intensive Programme (BIP) on “Sustainability of Student Organisations”, hosted by VILNIUS TECH!
This BIP is specifically designed to support and foster collaboration between ATHENA alliance students and the ATHENA Student Board, in particular. It focuses on the development and sustainability of student organisations such as Students’ Representation, Student Council, ESN, Volunteer organisations, and similar groups.
Participants will have the opportunity to explore student organisation models from ATHENA partner universities and gain valuable insights from experts in organisational management and social networks.
📍Target group: members of the ATHENA Student Board, Students’ Representation, ESN ATHENA, Buddy groups, etc.

- Member engagement and retention
- Collaboration with stakeholders
- Knowledge management for sustainable organizations
- Motivation and work ethics in volunteer organisations
- Multicultural collaboration
- Exchange of best practices
