The visit was part of an institutional mobility initiative aimed at exchanging experiences, developing intercultural skills and creating new opportunities for academic cooperation between the two institutions.
During the visit, he had the opportunity to get to know ESTG’s organisational structure, its educational offer and the infrastructures dedicated to teaching and research. The programme included meetings with representatives from different sectors of the institution, presentations on current international programmes and discussions on internationalisation strategies in higher education.
The main objectives of the mobility were to promote the exchange of experiences and good practices, especially in the areas of internationalisation and academic programme management, to strengthen cooperation between the two institutions, to develop intercultural skills aimed at communication and working in international environments, and to initiate the development of new projects that expand the mobility of teaching staff and students, especially within the framework of the Erasmus+ programme, international cooperation projects and CBHE (Capacity Building in Higher Education). The visit also focused on building a proposal for a joint educational programme, based on the best practices of the two universities.
This mobility marks a significant advance in the internationalisation strategy of both institutions.
ESTG reaffirms its dedication to promoting internationalisation and strengthening strategic partnerships that broaden academic and professional opportunities for its community. Prof Paweł Urgacz’s visit signifies yet another important step along this journey of collaboration and shared growth.
