How to effectively integrate the world of work by developing the 8 soft skills considered as key by employers?

Five intensive days of training using the HACKATHON method to develop SOFTSKILLS through different ways:

. Academic experts invited to develop one of the BIP topics

. Company sessions led by experts from renowned Belgian or international companies

. Learning by doing and playing

. Case studies that students will have to solve in teams all over the week

Dates for virtual component: 21^st – 28^th of April, 2023

Dates for physical activity: 22^nd – 26^th of May, 2023

Location of physical activity: Liège, Belgium (Haute École de la Province de Liège)

Language requirement for students: English B2

Academic requirements:

> Previous experience with work in international teams

> Good level of English B2

> Availability for both the virtual component and the physical mobility

> Student applicants who have never participated in the UNIFORS program, will be preferentially chosen for participation in this program
