International Workshops “Production Processes in Industrial Management and Logistics Context”

Invited Speakers: Vladimir Bartosek, Faculty of Business and Management, Brno University of Technology, Czech Republic.

Vladimir Bartosek works at the Faculty of Business and Management, Brno University of Technology, as an Assistant Professor. His professional focus includes logistics management and supply chain management in the broader context of managing discrete production processes in industrial enterprises. He is the author of several scientific publications. At the international level, he has long collaborated with universities in Spain and actively develops international research activities focused on selected STEM students from Brazilian universities.

Abstract: Production processes in industrial environments form the backbone and key to the successful operation of any enterprise. The difficulty of managing production processes lies in both their importance and their scope and complexity, permeating almost the entire manufacturing company. During our session, we will focus on the interconnection of business, production, and logistics processes, including the essential support of software tools in their management.
