The visit aimed to strengthen the cooperation between the University of Gdańsk and the ESTG, long-standing partners within the Erasmus+ framework. During their stay, the staff took part in a comprehensive programme that included training sessions, job shadowing activities, and meetings with staff members from the International Office.
Particular focus was placed on the exchange of experiences related to international cooperation, administrative processes, and the use of IT systems to improve efficiency and communication. The mobility also provided valuable opportunities to discuss ways of enhancing the flow of information and organising visits by foreign invitees.
This visit contributed to a better understanding of each institution’s priorities and operational context, paving the way for smoother communication and more effective collaboration in the future. It also laid the groundwork for new joint initiatives and the strengthening of long-term institutional relations.
Beyond professional development, the mobility experience fostered intercultural awareness, improved language skills, and deepened personal connections between colleagues from both institutions.
ESTG was delighted to welcome Natalia Bilska and Aleksandra Kudła and looks forward to continuing this fruitful cooperation with the University of Gdańsk.
