The main objectives of this mobility were to exchange experiences and skills related to administration, student recruitment, electronic data exchange, accreditation and education. The programme also aimed to strengthen the relationship between higher education institutions and their administrative professionals.
Mobility has added significant value, promoting greater intercultural awareness and encouraging positive interactions between people from different backgrounds. In addition, it contributed to a better understanding of the values of the European Union and a greater awareness of social, ethnic, linguistic and cultural diversity, as well as different individual abilities. The programme also strengthened communication skills, creativity and teamwork in a dynamic and interactive environment.
The activities carried out included accompanying colleagues in specific tasks in various areas, such as student affairs, recruitment, accreditation and quality, institutional communication and document authentication. These experiences provided new perspectives on administrative and academic processes, allowing for in-depth learning about good practices and innovative solutions.
It is hoped that the results and impact of this mobility will translate into the strengthening of communication and teamwork skills, the development of creativity in the search for new solutions and an increase in administrative skills in higher education. In addition, this experience has brought innovative ideas for dealing with complex challenges in university management, promoting a more effective and collaborative approach.
Our institution is extremely grateful for the visit of Edyta Zięba-Działa and Agata Dwojak and appreciates this type of exchange, strengthens international relations and fosters the sharing of knowledge between European higher education institutions.
