In this workshop, the participants explored leadership in today’s rapidly evolving environment defined by Volatility, Uncertainty, Complexity, Ambiguity, and Hyperconnectivity. Furthermore, some of the topics mentioned were the internal and external challenges leaders face as they empower their teams, foster innovation, and adapt to change. They also learned to identify leadership styles by observing other leaders in action and how to adapt them according to the situation in the team.
An activity was conducted where participants had to use their creativity by drawing some elements and at the end, results were compared between all participants and also with ChatGPT, where the goal was for students to understand what they are competing against with AI’s ascent in this industry.
