Her PhD programme in Management and Innovation focuses on the topic HR practices for volunteers. She choose to research in our institution due to the fact that the research topics were in line with her academic interests. This research was supported by two of CIICESI researchers, Marisa Ferreira, and Ana Isabel Borges.
