This workshop will explore the nature of the customer matrix including customer segmentation, customer opinion survey, and drawing axes of both perceived value and perceived price. In small groups, students will prepare a matrix for a limited set of companies competing within a given sector. The completed matrix is a starting point for shaping a strategy for a company within the strategy clock.
Invited Speaker: Zbigniew Michalik – Cracow University of Economics, Poland
Zbigniew Michalik is an assistant professor at the College of Economics, Finance, and Law in Cracow, Krakow University of Economics, Poland. He defended his PhD thesis at the Faculty of Economics in Cracow in the scientific field of Management. He lectures in Management, Competitiveness of enterprises, Entrepreneurship and Forms of Corporate Taxation at the bachelor and master academic levels.
