Invited Speakers: Elżbieta Czarnocka & Krzysztof J. Czarnocki, Lublin University of Technology, Poland

Prof. Elżbieta Czarnocka, PhD, is a researcher at Lublin University of Technology, specializing in industrial hygiene, public health, and safety systems. With 27 international publications (H-index 3), 3 patents, and experience leading over 17 major research projects—mainly industry-focused and EU-funded—she has also advised various sectors, including heavy, automotive, and power industries, in Poland and abroad. Additionally, she has supported American firms entering Central European markets and teaches innovation and Creative Design processes, holding postgraduate qualifications in Project Management and Prince2.

Prof. Krzysztof J. Czarnocki, PhD Eng., is Head of Business Processes at Lublin University of Technology, with research focused on workplace safety, risk management, and innovation in management sciences. He has published 77 works, holds 5 patents, led over 50 industry projects, and has international experience in academia and applied research.
