Treatment of personal data
As the entity responsible for the management and development of this Site, the International Days 2020 complies with the current legislation and best practices on information security and privacy.
The registration at International Days 2020 involves the voluntary registration of personal data and billing data of the users. In case of lack insufficiency of these data, the International Days 2020 will not be able to accept the registration in question. The International Days 2020 assumes that data entered are accurate and true and have been entered by the respective owner. The processing of any personal data of users is carried out in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 and with the other existing legislation on the protection of personal data. The personal data registered by the users in the present Site are processed by the International Days 2020 for the only purpose of registration at the event.

The personal data registered in this Site are transmitted to the Organizing Committee of the International Days 2020, for the purpose of validating the respective information and for verifying the regular registration of the users.

Without prejudice to legal or regulatory provisions to the contrary, the data entered in this Site shall be kept only for the minimum period necessary to carry out the purposes that led to its collection or subsequent processing.
Rights of the personal data holders
The personal data holders registered in this Site shall, in legally permissible cases, have the right to request access to data relating to them, as well as their rectification or deletion and the limitation of the treatment with respect to the owner of the data data and the right to object to processing, as well as the right to portability of data, in accordance with the provisions of Article 16 et seq. of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (GDPR).
The personal data holder shall also have the right to complain to a supervisory authority and the right to bring a legal action against the supervisory authority or the controller, in accordance with Articles 77, 78 and 79. of the GDPR. The exercise of the above rights is done through direct contact with the International Days 2020.
