What will happen in the near future? Are the ones born after 1994 really different in terms of consumption? How do they understand and approach the professional life? What are they really valuing in the workplace?
In this workshop we aim to discuss topics related to generation Z in order to better understand these individuals that still attend school but are already working. Living in a VUCA (Volatility, Uncertainty, Complexity and Ambiguity) and under a new Industrial (or broader) Revolution how can we contribute to better understand this generation highlighting (or taking out) the best of it?
