What will happen in the near future? Are the ones born after 1994 really different in terms of consumption? How do they understand and approach the professional life? What are they really valuing in the workplace?

In this workshop we aim to discuss topics related to generation Z in order to better understand these individuals that still attend school but are already working. Living in a VUCA (Volatility, Uncertainty, Complexity and Ambiguity) and under a new Industrial (or broader) Revolution how can we contribute to better understand this generation highlighting (or taking out) the best of it?

Papers including discussion on generational issues are welcome: Main topics:
  • Motivation and Generations: Differences and Similarities
  • Marketing for different generations
  • The impact of Artificial Intelligence on different generations
  • How will Industry 4.0 affect Generation Z?
  • How to manage cultural values and the identity of different generation in the workplace?
  • Are different generations differently oriented to productivity?
  • Strategies of attraction and retention of Generation Z
  • Entrepreneurial Intentions of Generation Z
  • Education strategies for Generation Z
  • Other Topics related to generational issues

Acceptance Decision: 2 weeks after submission

Full Paper Submission: June 15th – Papers will be sent to the workshop associated journals or book of proceedings, upon authors decision.

Fees:

  • Authors with Communication: 175€
  • Participants without communication: 80€

Includes: Workshop Attendance, Documentation, Certificate, Coffee-Breaks, Lunch, Social Dinner.

Template:

  • Papers should have between 6 to 10 pages.
  • Papers should be prepared in accordance with the guidelines available on the template (Click here)
  • Each participant can present only one paper at the conference
  • Papers will be included in the program and proceedings book only when at least one of the authors is registered and presented the paper at the conference.
