The Partnership is composed by five Higher Education Institutions, University of Warmia and Mazury in Olsztyn (Poland), School of Management and Technology (Portugal), Haute École de la Province de Liège (Belgium), Romanian American University (Romania) and University of Vigo (Spain) and two Companies, Metodo Estudios Consultores SLU (Spain) and Infalia (Greece).
The purpose of this partnership was to research how Higher Education Institutions can contribute to the development of the relevant soft skills for the companies and labour market.
One of the main activities of the Project was the development of an innovative Course in soft skils that students from the five Higher Education Institutions attended last September 2021. ESTG selected 11 students from Bachelors and Masters that travelled to Belgium to attend the course in an international environment with the students, teachers from all the HEI’s and companies’ representatives that presented real cases for the students to solve.
