”Integration and Cooperation” Association was founded in 2000. It carries on the tradition of organizing economy conferences that had been initiated by FORUM POLAND – WEST Association, and which were held in Międzyzdroje in 1996 – 2000. The Republic of Poland is the area of activities of the Association with its seat in Toruń.”
ESTG was represented in this forum by Professor Nelson Duarte who participated in one of the panels – “Young generation on the labour market – design the engagement and motivation of young employees”. This panel discussed new approaches and techniques of integration of the younger generations (more digital) that are now arriving at the labour. market. During this session, some results of a research project on Generation Z were also presented. This project was led by WSB in Toruń, having as partners the School of Management and Technology (Portugal), RISEBA university from Latvia, MASARYK university from Czech Republic and University of WARMIA and MAZURY in Olsztyn from Poland.
