Invited Speaker: Ewa Majerowska – Faculty of Management at the University of Gdańsk, Poland
Ewa Majerowska is an associate professor at the Department of Corporate Finance, Faculty of Management, University of Gdansk. She defended her PhD thesis at the Department of Economics, University of Leicester in the UK, and her habilitation in the field of social sciences in the discipline of economics and finance at the Faculty of Economics and Finance at the Wroclaw University of Economics and Business in Poland.
She is an academic scientist and lecturer with many years of experience. Her scientific interests focus on portfolio analysis, risk management, and analysis of investing in the capital market, and corporate finance with the application of advanced econometric methods.
She is the author and co-author of over 60 publications in international journals and several books. She currently teaches Fixed income and derivatives, Econometrics and Risk Management.
