Zbigniew Michalik lectured an International Workshop at our school

In the past day, the assistant professor at the Krakow University of Economics came to our school to share some knowledge on “Customer matrix as an analytical tool in competitive strategy planning”.

In this lecture students were put into small groups, where they prepared a matric for a limited set of companies competing within a given sector and with a completed matrix, a starting point was created for a company’s strategy. Michalik also talked about the nature of the customer matrix including customer segmentation and customer opinion survey.
